It is almost hard to believe that it has only been a few short years since the inception of Louviers Mortgage Corporation. I recall starting the company in my basement on lawn chairs with my brother, Joe Ingui. I fondly remember talking about changing how business is done in the mortgage industry. Contrary to many of our peers, we decided to build our business model based on relationships. We knew that there were plenty of consumers that still had an appreciation for value and service. We positioned ourselves to be successful regardless of how much the market changed.
Our company was founded on the premise that success is achieved only when we are able to exceed our clients’ expectations. We realized early on how powerful the “referral” could really be. We have aligned ourselves with many complimentary businesses in our marketplace. We figured that if the large companies can come together ex: FedEx and Kinko’s. Why can’t we align ourselves with other small businesses to help share our resources and offer a value added benefit to our clients?
Louviers Mortgage is proud of the fact that we have formal alliances with Builders, Real Estate Brokers, Financial Advisors, Insurance Brokers, CPA’s and Attorneys. Louviers has built its business on the power of the referral. Our clients consider us one of their most trusted advisors. We believe that every one of our clients should have a team of advisors in their corner to help them make the most informed decision about their finances. Once we consult our clients on how to “Optimize” their mortgage, we are sure to incorporate the rest of their trusted advisors. It is extremely important that we work together with our clients and the rest of their advisors so that the plan is not only understood but implemented. If our clients do not have other advisors helping them with their financial decisions then we offer the option to connect them within our vast referral network.
